I would like to give a 10 rating. I am very appreciative of the way I am greeted when I enter the building. Teresa is always so friendly and considerate. I have always been treated with dignity and respect. On one occasion when I was in the office, I was having severe back pain which was making it difficult for me to walk. Mark Pfizenmayer was there and took the time to help me walk to my car. This just one example of the kindness they show their customers. Thank you Rinehart-Walters-Dinner
