Friday August 7th we had the opportunity to participate in the United Way Day of Caring. Wow!!! What a day! According to the Mansfield News Journal there were 160 volunteers and 17 project sites. We were assigned to Harmony House, which just happens to be a client of ours. Our team of 8 worked on paining the exterior of a house that will be re-done, boarding up windows on a building next to a playground and helping with a mural that was in progress. Our team had an amazing day and hope to make this an annual event.
